If you love the chocolate, caramel, and peanut combination in a bite of a Snickers bar, then you will love this recipe for the Snicker Toffee Butter Bars. These dessert bars have all of the ingredients that you love in Snickers but with bits of toffee and lightly salted peanuts.
I am a sucker for a Snickers bar. It is my absolute favorite candy bar. I love it! You can imagine that I love just about anything with Snickers. So it should come as no surprise that these Snicker Toffee Butter Bars are now a recipe on my blog. I took my Easy Toffee Bars Recipe and thought of how I can make it more luscious and full of some of my favorite things, and I decided to add some chopped Snicker bars to the recipe!
These dessert bars begin with a basic crust made with flour, brown sugar, and butter. Then, it’s topped with chopped toffee pieces and lightly salted peanuts. Finally, you cover the ingredients with sweetened condensed milk. Which holds everything together. I guess you kind of make them just like you make these 7 Layer Snicker Magic Bars ( I told you I have a thing for Snickers).
Of course, there are the chopped Snicker bars, toffee pieces, and salted peanuts, but the best part of this recipe is the crust if you ask me. The crust is soft and crisp and the perfect foundation to hold all of the greatness of this recipe together. One of the best parts of the crust is the butter. Not just any butter, Minerva Amish Butter.

I know your brain is running with options of things you can do with these butter flavors, but I hope you start with the unsalted butter to make these Snicker Toffee Butter bars.
Snicker Toffee Butter Bars
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes
These Snicker Toffee Butter Bars are made with chunks of Snicker candy bars, toffee bits, and diced lightly salted peanuts on a crisp and soft cookie crust.
¾ c. Minerva Unsalted Butter
¾ c. light brown sugar, packed
1 ½ c. flour
Pinch of salt
24 Mini Snicker Candy Bars, chopped
½ c. toffee pieces
⅓ c. salted peanuts, chopped
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees. Line a 9X13 rectangular pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick baking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add the Minerva Unsalted butter to a bowl, add the brown sugar, flour, and pinch of salt. Mix together with a mixing spoon until well combined. The mixture will look like coarse sand.
Pour the crust mixture into the pan and press evenly with your hands. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
On top of the crust, sprinkle the chopped Snickers, toffee pieces, and the chopped salted peanuts evenly. Pour the sweetened condensed evenly across the ingredients. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
Once the bars have completely cooled, cut into squares and serve. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
